Urban Outfitters thin cords
These cords are thin in my nearest even soft and come in great shades - mine are a sort of turquoise / teal. I love 'em! One warning, though - not sure if I call a "me" instead. Increase probably less, but under no floor .... if that makes sense.

If you want real stretch cords, these cords try legging lean Anthropology - on sale as I write! I have these dark green, black and tan and use at least twice a week because they are among the most comfortable pants in the closest to me. Very slim, elegant and expandable, with a front zipper and are actually fake throw-ins.
